forums are losing their importance with the rampant success of social media
platforms such as TWTR, FB and LNKD. These companies have completely
revolutionized the face of socializing where people now prefer to tweet on TWTR
rather than opting for other contemporary platforms which were initially very
popular. People specifically those who use these mediums for branding have
switched to popular social sites but still none can deny the importance of
places that allowed questioning and answering related to certain brands or
